ASUS Eee PC T91MT 8.9-Inch Black Tablet Netbook - 5 Hours of Battery Life Review

This is my first netbook and it’s really more than I imagined. The touch screen works very well in all modes and I use it mainly for reading in the tablet mode. The keyboard took a little getting used to due to its size but its very useable. The 32GB memory is working well for me and I plan to add another 16GB memory card in the SD Reader slot just for pictures, documents and movies. She runs pretty fast with Windows 7 Home Premium installed and is no slouch when playing installed videos and YouTube downloads. All in all I’m very happy with the unit.

Very pleased. Easy start up and set up. Nice crisp screen. Key board easy to use. Netbooks take a little longer to process, but doesn’t get locked up.

I love my new netbook. I took it on vacation with and was able to keep up with all my e-mail and e-mail friends back. The size is perfect for traveling. I would not have brought my laptop with me, as it is to large and heavy. But the netbook is just right.

ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10.1-Inch Blue Netbook - 9.5 Hour Battery Life Review

This is a great computer. When I bought it I immediately installed EEEbuntu on an empty partition that was lying around. EEEbuntu worked out nicely, however I was only getting about 8 hours of battery life from it (this was even after doing a lot of tweaking). More recently I’ve been using XP, getting ~10.5 hours of battery life on the lowest brightness with WIFI turned off.
