MSI U210-008US 12.1-Inch Black Netbook - 5 Hour Battery Life Review

After much research, I finally decided on the MSi U-210. This is by far the best netbook on the market. It runs Windows Vista and has a fast AMD processor. Multiple tasks and video is no problem for this baby. Most of the netbooks on the market are using the Atom processor which is slow. Also includes ATi Radeon graphics for fast smooth video. You also get the new Windows 7 upgrade for free when it is released. The key board is large and touch pad is awesome. The few less than perfect reviews are not warranted as if you read the description on Amazon or MSi’s website it clearly states no optical drive. I recommend picking up a portable slim DVD/CD-R drive so you have it when you want it. This netbook is extremely light. I have gotten 4+ hours on the battery using the power saver mode. Reading the manual helps understand the FN controls as you need to use FN + F8 to tun on Wi-Fi. The unit is very quite and the HD display is awesome. Sound is above average for a netbook. I even called tech support to see how fast I could get a live person I could understand. It only took 5 minutes. I cannnot find any cons with this superior netbook. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

” I am enjoying my MSI U100 10″ computer. It does everything that the larger ones do. I can carry it in a CD leather case or in my purse. I suggest the 10″ if you do not have petit hands. For a lady, I have somewhat larger hands and this computer is perfect for me. I suggest getting the Windows XP version. The battery life is awesome (3-4 hours). There is a warning if the battery is getting low. For business persons, this laptop is perfect. Believe me, it is NOT a toy. It’s the real thing with the latest updates. Works great at my house or away on business. Don’t confuse it with the HPNet. It goes far beyond internet services, just as any heavy laptop does. Its a GREAT DEAL!
