My first purchase of a product from Amazon turned out to be a bit 'a disaster, through no fault of Amazon, I must add. Toshiba Netbook, which I bought for an upcoming trip to Mexico, came with a serious problem that even the expert repair Toshiba. For reasons that are still unknown, I would be the Toshiba does not allow me to connect through their wireless network card to connect to, but allowed me to connect to the Internet via an Ethernet cable. After a serious effort to get it working properly, I returned to Amazon for a refund.
The netbook has been my second Toshiba. The first was a laptop, and now three years old. It worked beautifully over the past three years. For travel, the Netbook Toshiba, with its 9 hours battery life, seems a perfect companion for purposes of communication in a foreign country. This particular passage only through the quality control by Toshiba. I'm sure that will go to buy one for my future.
